Post Your Task for Free
Posting a task is completely free. Describe what you need done in detail — the clearer you are, the better quality offers you'll receive from skilled Taskers.
Title & Description
Be specific about what needs to be done, any requirements, and expected outcomes.
Budget (min R500)
Set a starting budget. Taskers can offer their own price based on the task.
Location & Category
Specify remote or in-person, provide an address, and select the right category.
Receive & Review Offers
Skilled Taskers will submit offers directly on your task. Each offer includes their proposed price, a personal message, and a link to their full profile with verified reviews and ratings.
Verified Ratings & Reviews
Each Tasker has an honest feedback history from previous clients.
Ask Questions First
Use secure in-platform messaging to clarify anything before committing.
Accept an Offer & Pay Securely
Found the right Tasker? Accept their offer. You'll be taken to our secure TradeSafe-powered payment page. A 10% platform fee is added to the task amount at checkout — for example, a R1,000 task costs R1,100 total. Your full payment is held in escrow — the Tasker won't receive a cent until you confirm the job is done to your satisfaction.
How your payment is protected:
Escrow operated by TradeSafe (Pty) Ltd — licensed South African financial services provider.
Coordinate & Stay in Control
Once payment is confirmed, your task moves to Assigned. Use the built-in secure messaging to coordinate directly with your Tasker — arrange timing, share instructions, and track progress. All messages are stored on-platform for your protection.
Need to cancel? If the task can no longer proceed, use the Request Cancellation button on the task page. The Tasker must confirm before the cancellation takes effect. Note: the 10% platform fee is non-refundable.
Approve & Release Payment
Happy with the work? Mark the task as complete. You'll be shown a confirmation dialog before anything is finalised — once you confirm, the escrowed payment is released to the Tasker immediately. You'll also be invited to leave a review.
Important: Only confirm completion when you are fully satisfied. Payment is released immediately and cannot be reversed. If there's an issue, resolve it with the Tasker via chat before confirming.

Get Hired & Do the Work
Once your offer is accepted and payment is confirmed, coordinate with the poster via secure messaging. Complete the task to the agreed standard.
Get Paid & Build Your Reputation
Once the poster confirms completion, payment is released to you automatically. Collect 5-star reviews to win higher-value tasks and grow your income.
